- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be made through our designated payment processors (e.g., Khalti). We are not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Your NFC card profile is publicly accessible via your card's shortcode URL. Anyone who scans your card or accesses your profile URL can view your public profile information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you choose to make public is appropriate and does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaprius and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.
